Dr.Mukabaramba is a candidatel for Rwanda's 2010 presidental elections. Her platform promotes health and education with emphasis on promising free education from kindergarten to twelfth grade and health insurance for Rwandan citizens.

This woman is a dudd... absolutely empty headed as far as politics is concerned. Ask her to elaborate on anything arya iminwa. I cannot even believe she has the nerves and guts to stand in the name of her party. But hey that's a true sign of democracy, even the most incompetent person can claim to see the light.
