Bernard Ntaganda is the current president of Parti Social Imberakuri, an opposition party in the Republic of Rwanda.

Ntaganda, a trained lawyer, was nominated by PS-Imberakuri as their candidate for the August 2010 elections but was relieved of his duties in July 2010 following allegations of spreading genocide ideology and divisionism.
