Emmanuel Rurema is born in Rwanda in 1973. After his secondary school in Virgo Fidelis, he won an "excellence" scholarship to study in Germany. He graduated with a Master degree in Food Sciences and Business Administration. Emmanuel started his career in 2000 at a Dutch global company (Haffmans BV), developing, manufacturing and supplying equipments to the beverage industry and is currently responsible for the global sales operations of one of two business divisions of the company.
Haffmans is part of CPT (Clean Process Technologies), which is since May part of Pentair Inc. In September Emmanuel has been appointed as Director Business Development for Pentair CPT in Africa.
Emmanuel is the founder of the Rwandan Diaspora in The Netherlands and current chairman.
