Biographical Information
Lee Addy
(At a Glance)
Date of Birth: Sep/26/1985
Gender: male
Place of Origin: Ghana

Addy exhibited an exceptional quality at the African Cup of Nations in Angola. He was part of the back four that solidified the defence of the depleted Ghana team. He was always on the alert and ready to clear the ball off the danger spot.

His antics sometimes did not go down well with senior goalkeeper Richard Kingson who usually yells at him but Addy would always respond with a broad smile.

Addy has been in good form this season with his local club when he returned from Lebanon with Tripoli SC. His first international game for Ghana was in a friendly against Argentina and was voted the Best Player of the game in October 2009.
He was judged as the 2008 Defender of the Season in Ghana.
