Alfred Karbar is presently the manufacturing Supervisor of Oliver-Tolas healthcare Packaging Company with assets worth $160 million.
· Supervise production line operation in accordance with policies and procedures.
· Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employees training, employees’ vacations, employees’ breaks, overtime assignments and back-up plan for absent employees.
· Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
· Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis
· Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
· Communicate with other Shift Supervisors, Plant Manager and, Operations Manager.
· Have over sight responsible for the entire manufacturing operation on 2nd shift and that includes, Pouch Department, Press Department, Slitting and Rewind Departments, QA Department and the Warehouse.

Relocated to the United States of America in 2000. Graduated with honors Philadelphia University, MBA-Finance.
