This is a great destination for those who art interested in the arts or fashion. See traditional clothing from Baoule, Senoufo, Dan, and other groups in the region. There are also traditional masks and information about architecture in the area. There is not as much information about contemporary history, but the old colonial photographs are interesting.
There is a contemporary artisan area and workshop at the end of the museum tour. You can buy newly-made crafts. Since admission is free, most people purchase at least some sort of craft or give a tip.
