Also known as Giorgis Cathedral, this religious monument was built in 1896 in an octagonal shape to commemorate Ethiopia's victory over the Italians at the Battle of Adwa. Inside, tourists can view the work of Ethiopian artist Afewerk Tekle, who also created the stained glass windows of the Africa Hall.
There is a small museum attached with more on the history of Ethiopia.
