Named after the fabled mammal, the dugong which was thought to be a mermaid centuries ago and now endangered, the lodge is located on the San Sebastian Peninsula.  It offers  miles and miles of secluded, sandy beaches and an ocean panorama occasionally interrupted by dhows and dolpins.  Numerous activities including scuba-diving on the two-mile reef, snorkelling, deep sea fishing, and salt-water fly-fishing.
