JUDE CHUKUDI CHIOBI (B.Sc. Psychology, NAU, Awka)is currently the Acting President of Nigeria Lorry Drivers' Association (NILODA). He was the Secretary of Rivers State Chapter before his elavation.
He is tasked with repositioning the association to meet mordern challenges. He will be tasked with mobilisation of members to achieve a common cause as well as cordinating the activities of all the state chapters. It is his duty to plan the modality for ensuring adherence to work ethics and enforcing compliance with operational modality. He has to also plan and adopt new methods of confronting the problems facing members of the association to achieve optimum goal with minimal cost.
Comrade Jude Chukwudi Chiobi had his early upbringing in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria where he had his primary and secondary education at Urban Community Primary School, Abakaliki and St. Augustine's Seminary, Ezzamgbo respectively. He proceeded to Awka, Anambra State for his tertiary education and completed his National Youth Service in Rivers State before venturing into transportation business. The challenges faced in the line of duty got him into Nigeria Lorry Drivers' Association (NILODA) where he aspired and was elected the Chief Scribe of Rivers State Chapter. His antecedents in that chapter endeared him to the top management and members of the union who appointed him the Acting President to fill a vacuum created by recent crisis that threatenen the existence of the body.
His appointment has been ratified at an emergecy general meeting that was widely broadcast at FRCN network news. He has since resumed duty with a promise to transform and reposition the association within the shortest possible time. he has also called on members to embrace peace and the principle of "Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)" mechnism as the modality for settling internal ranglings.

Formation of Tipper Drivers' Association in Oyigbo, Rivers State; a feat that has been proved impossible over the years. The Association was later to be merged with NILODA as they share the same objectives and there is no need for proliferation.
