Good that the east African leaders have given ultimatum to all interested groups in Burundi- laudable step indeed. But what sort of proactive action against undemocratic incumbents whose actions breed rebellion, and just total chaos. Like pending situation in Burundi's northern neighbor- Rwanda with its benevolent fascist , what are the east African leaders doing to remind Kegame that that there're equally patriotic Rwandese who can even make better leadership than him .
