Ngoga-Gateretse, a native of Burundi,serves as a regional security analyst-Africa with iJET Intelligence Risk Systems. Prior to joining iJET, he worked as a research assistant for Solutions for Progress and at the African Studies Center at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also an observer for the African Union at the United Nations and assisted in research for the book Raise the Floor - Wages and Policies That Work for All of Us, by Holly Sklar and Laryssa Mykyta. Ngoga-Gateretse often discusses the conflicts in Sudan, Somalia, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of Congo on international radio, including Radio France International, Voice of America and the British Broadcasting Company. In addition to English, he speaks French and Kirundi.
