Ideye Aide Brown born in Yenagoa is a Nigerian football forward currently playing for FC Sochaux.

Brown began his career 2003 with Bayelsa United, before signing on 1 July 2006 with rivals Ocean Boys F.C.

In his first season Ideye was a member of the Ocean Boys team that won the Nigerian Premier League under the tutelage of current Kaduna United F.C. boss, Maurice Cooreman. While there the lanky player enjoyed a low profile rating compared to Stephen Worgu, team captain Blessing Okardi and goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa.

Brown moved in January 2008 to Europe and signed with Swiss club Neuchâtel Xamax. Before this move to Switzerland he was on trial in the Netherlands with Willem II Tilburg, but was not signed. After three years with Xamax, Brown left Neuchâtel to sign for French club FC Sochaux.

He represented his country at the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada. He played five games in the tournament and scored one goal against Costa Rica. He later played at U-23 level and in May 2010 has been called up to the senior side as part of the 30-man team for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
