Womens Consortium of Nigeria (WOCON) is a non-governmental, non-profit making organisation committed to the enforcement of womens rights and the attainment of equality development and peace. WOCON was established in 1995 to fill the vacuum in the area of implementation and enforcement of womens rights following the awareness and enlightenment already created by the several NGOs.
