Fololo is one of the first singles from multiple award winning singer/songwriter & Activist Alain Nkossi Konda Ku Bantu. Nkossi who is originally from the DR was raised in NYC for 29 Years where he becam the first recording artist sgined by Calypso Legend Harry Belafonte in 2001 for his then joint venture label NIGER REcords/ Palm Pictures with Island Records founder Chris Blackwell. The song will appear on Nkossi's first truly Lingala Language album titled "Fololo fire" which will be rleased in 2011, the album has a total of 16 songs (15 original compositions) + a Lingala/ English Acoustic remake of "Jamaica farewell" which is a tribute to Mr. Belafonte who made the song famous worldwide back in the 50's.
