Many people don't know anything about Africa. This book is for them. The author presents twenty of the forty-nine Sub-Saharan African countries. It is not a business like CIA account, a verbose, unreliable Wikipedia document or a Safari promotion. It is much better than that, with short stories, personal accounts and news flashes. The author is a native of Holland and he admits that his views are biased. I like particularly his short introduction to each chapter.
