Meaning "talking stone" in the local Kihehe language, Gangilonga Rock is believed to be the place where 19th century leader Chief Mkwawa came to settle disputes as it the rock is said to give advice to those who ask.  It offers the best view of Iringa, particularly at sunset.  Considering hiring a guide for the trek.
