Upon its completion in 1989, la Basilique Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix became one of the largest basilicas in the world. Pope John Paul II and the late President Houphouet-Boigny were part of the Basilica's inception. This hidden treasure can be found in Cote d'Ivoire's inland capital, Yamoussoukro.
