The a la carte restaurant has a large menu of international food, including a Coquille Saint Jacques au Gratin the famous grilled scallop dish baked on salt and served with a béarnaise sauce. True to its African roots, the restaurant also serves a carpaccio of Kalahari Springbok as a starter, then an Avocado Surprise and calls on the Far East for prawns. The grill also offers a wonderful array of seafood that includes Benguella prawns, a peri peri calamari steak, butterfish medallions and kingklip and Whole West Coast Sole. The vegetarian menu includes Homemade Italian Vegetable Lasagne and Truffled Eggs.
