Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup green onions, including tops, snipped
  • 4 tblsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 tblsp. vinegar
  • 4 tblsp. water
Directions

Combine, then grind or process all ingredients into a paste. Chill. Serve over fish or other seafood.
