He was with Equatorial Guinea in a friendly against Cameroon, played on October 11, 2011 in Malabo. Two other Afro-Colombian players (Danny Castillo Quendambu and Fernelly) were in the country that call "hispanoafricano". Along with Danny Quendambu, they will wear the colors of Equatorial Guinea in the African Cup of Nations in 2012.
