Kangwa has played club football in Zambia for Nkana. He scored two league goals suring the 2010 season,and one league goal during the 2011 season.
He made his international debut for Zambia in 2011.Kangwa was selected for the final 23-man squad at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.
