He also played for Crotone, Perugia Calcio, FC Metz, FC Sion, and Wydad Athletic Club in the Moroccan league.Alioui was born in Saint-Étienne, France, but he chose to play for Morocco because of his Moroccan background and ancestry. He was the captain of the Moroccan 2004 Olympic football team, behind group winners Iraq and runners-up Costa Rica. He joined Kardemir Karabükspor in July 2010.
