Rodrigues Mingas acts as the secretary general for the Front for the Liberation of the Enclave of Cabinda 's Military Position (FLEC-MP).FLEC is a guerilla seperatist organization that is fighting for the independence of Cabina, a province in Angola.
Angolan born Mingas resides in exile in France. He leads FLEC's military from his post in France.
Under Minga's leadership, FLEC has been responsible for several attacks including a deadly attack on the Togolese football team on the way to the African Cup of Nations in Angola.
