Daba Modibo Keita

In 2007 Daba Modibo Meita won gold at the World Taekwondo Championships in the 84+kg weight catergory. He is the first athlete from sub saharan Africa to win a gold in taekwondo. There is a chance he will win Mali's first ever Olympic medal.
