The Open Society Institute serves as the hub of the George Soros foundations network and seeks to promote openness and human dignity worldwide. Special areas of focus include education, human rights and health all of which are pursued by supporting a strong civil society. OSI believes that this will in turn shape government policies towards countries becoming more stable and open democracies.
