As people around the world search for ways to address global warming and other environmental problems, HORIZON Communications is leading an effort to document and disseminate answers through a SOLUTIONS SITE on the World Wide Web thanks to support from Global Resource Action Center for the Environment (GRACE), the Heilbrunn Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation and others. Founded in 1976. Staff: Associates, consisting of interns, volunteers and research fellows serve in more than 70 countries.
