Hi ... Where's the Meat? What kind? Quantity? Raw or cooked,minced or ... what? That dish is very popular in Greece and Turkey named Yalantzi Dolma. You can prepare it Without Butter, Minced Meat and Garlic, adding also some Dill along with the Parsley and cooking only with Virgin Olive Oil. Finishing you can prepare a sauce made with the Broth,Egg and Lemon as follows : Remove all the Broth left after finishing cooking, I mean drain your pot, holding against the stuffed vine leaves a plate. Beat one or two Eggs with the Juice of a Lemon or two and a tablespoon of Cornflour. Pour the Mixture into the boiling Broth stirring it for a couple of minutes until all is uniform.
